04How to Use JudiQ AI

Recommended Workflow — Document Upload Route (Fastest)

  1. Register or Sign In Create an account or log in with your existing credentials. A paid plan is required to run case analysis; there is no free analysis tier.
  2. Upload Case Documents Click "Upload & Extract Docs" from the dashboard. Upload cheque images, return memos, demand notices, or another relevant legal document. Review the extracted facts; generic correspondence and presentations remain OCR intake sessions and are not added to Cases.
  3. Review Extracted Facts Verify the extracted party names, amounts, dates, and statutory defects in the Document Intelligence panel. Correct any inaccuracies using the Manual Case Entry form.
  4. Run Case Analysis Select the appropriate engine (e.g., Section 138 for cheque bounce). The system generates a Case Readiness Score, strength indicators, risk flags, and applicable precedents.
  5. Generate Legal Drafts Open the Legal Draft Studio. Select the draft type (Legal Notice, Application 143A, Written Statement, etc.) and language. Download as PDF or Word document.
  6. Use Case Chat Open Case Chat for the loaded matter. Ask specific legal questions in the context of your case facts. The assistant uses your case data as its reference.

Alternative Workflow — Manual Case Entry

If documents are unavailable, click "Manual Case Entry" from the dashboard and complete the step-by-step intake wizard. All fields correspond to standard court document requirements. Once submitted, the system runs the analysis engine automatically.
